Refund and Return Policy
RETURN PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS: CONTAINERS:
We provide a 45-day money-back guarantee on unopened and opened containers from the original date of purchase. Items outside of the 45-day money-back guarantee are not eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method for the cost of the returned product. We do not provide reimbursements for any return shipping or handling fees paid. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive a return confirmation email once the refund has been processed. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask at [email protected].
RETURN REQUEST – UNOPENED CONTAINERS:
If you wish to return an unopened item, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST – UNOPENED” followed by your order number in. We will then provide you with an RMA# to write on or place in the shipping box. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure to package the product securely.
RETURN REQUEST – OPENED CONTAINERS:
At Vitalize, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 45 days of the original purchase. To do so, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST – OPENED” followed by your order number. Let us know in the email the issue you encountered. Your feedback is valuable to us! Once we receive your request, we will provide you with an RMA# for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged. We will not accept multiple open container returns. Only one will be eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED CONTAINERS:
We take great care in our fulfillment processes to ensure that your items are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you have a transit-related problem, we apologize for any inconvenience. In such cases, we will replace the purchased product. Note that we only pick up and replace defective or damaged items. Some of our shipping carriers require us to provide the damaged item for our reimbursement for the replacement. If you need to exchange a damaged item, please message us at [email protected] with your order information so we can immediately send you a new replacement and issue a pick-up and replacement for the damaged container.
